  • If the weather doesn't allow sailing, you choose another date or a 100% refund.

    Book with 50% and we send you the boarding point and time. The crew will be waiting.

Is the experience private?

Yes. The yacht and the crew are only for your group. You do not share with anyone.

How do I choose the yacht?

Tell us how many you are, what you are celebrating and what matters most: space, speed or comfort. We recommend one and, when it is worth it, an alternative.

Where do we depart from?

From Cancún. Once your booking is confirmed, we send you the exact boarding point and time.

What if the weather is bad?

Rain, wind or clouds alone do not cancel a charter. If conditions make it unsafe to sail, YACHTVIBES makes the call and you choose: another date or a 100% refund.

How do I pay?

50% when you book and the rest 2 business days before departure, or in cash to the captain before boarding. We take Zelle, SPEI and cards through Stripe. A card is kept on file and a USD 500 security deposit is held, then released when the trip ends.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the yacht, the hours and the extras. On WhatsApp we send you a proposal with the total, what is included and the terms.

What if my flight changes?

Let us know at least 24 hours before departure and we will find another date.
